WHAT IS THE ODOO hourly rate FOR DEVELOPMENT AND CUSTOMIZATION CHARGED BY FOCOSOLUTION?
Our hourly rate for Odoo development and customization is 16 - 20 US$/hr.
We work with the hour package modality. According to your demand, we will recommend the most suitable package of hours. Below is our chart with the respective packages. It is worth noting that according to the number of hours contracted, the hourly rate is reduced.
What do I need to present to FocoSolution so that it can create the solution that meets my expectations?
First, you need to know what you really need. This statement seems silly, but it is normal to receive customers who have no idea what they really need. Gather the people involved in the process and then prepare a document or draft of your needs.
In this document, inform whether you want to create a new module or maintain an existing module.
In order for us to meet your demands, it is essential that you provide:
1. The Odoo version number you are working on
2. The source code of your application, preferably address on GitHub
3. A backup of the database of the environment in which you want to implement the changes
Could you cite examples of what I need to present as documentation to you?
Let's say you want to change an existing module and you need to add a screen for data entry. Here is what would be interesting for you to let us know:
- Which link will call this screen
- Which users will have access to this screen
- What fields will be available
- What integration will this screen have with other modules
- What queries / reports will need to display the information from this new screen
In my case, I don't know exactly what I need, how should I proceed?
Contact us and explain your problem. Together we can create an outline for your needs. At the end we will generate a document for your approval. I should add that we will charge in advance a certain number of hours for the service to be carried out.
What if I, the customer, make a mistake in my request?
Errors can always occur. We have some business knowledge and whenever we encounter any kind of problem, we have a duty to inform our customer. In addition, we always assess whether what is being asked us to do really makes sense.
What if I make a mistake in my request and you don't notice?
In this case, the damage will really be yours. But we will try our best to minimize your expenses in repairing such a problem.
We will do our best to meet your demand within the contracted hours package. However, if the package of hours is not enough, we will justify the reason and decide together what will be left out. Or if that's the case, add a new add-on package.
Payment for the package is made in advance.
What guarantee do I have that FocoSolution will actually deliver what I am requesting?
It is natural for the customer to be insecure the first few times they hire our service. In this case, we recommend that our trading is done through a reliable freelancer platform, such as UpWork. There you will post your job and invite us to work on your project.
UpWork will act as an intermediary and we will only receive our amount after your approval with UpWork. In this case, we will charge an additional 25% to cover the expenses charged by UpWork.
